Voluntary Short and Long-Term Disability
Short Term Disability
Begins supplementing weekly income 60% up to $500/week after being disabled for:
Injury: 14 Days Sickness: 14 Days
Pays up to 11 weeks.
Long Term Disability
This plan begins paying after the Short-Term Disability benefit is maxed out (90 days) for approved claims.
The plan will supplement 60% of your monthly income up to $6,000/month for an additional 2 years.
