F.A.C.T.S. (Frontier Advancement Career Training System)
- The F.A.C.T.S. program is designed to provide FMC employees an opportunity to learn more about the concrete industry. It is divided into five increasingly challenging levels, and each level focuses on four areas: Production, Safety, Quality Control, and Customer Service. Levels 4 and 5 also incorporate leadership skills. The program is voluntary, and each level is offered on Saturdays over the period of one month. Employees are paid for taking the training, and there is a salary increase upon successful completion of each level. Employees can use this program as a career path into other potential positions within the company or to be better educated in the current position they hold.
